Just Joy Studio is a small business. My intention is to bring a little joy to your life through my products, content, and newsletter. 

What kind of products do you make?

Right now, I make handmade polymer clay keychains. But I hope to grow into a stationery shop one day. I’d love to sell journals, planners, totes, and plushies. So keep your eyes peeled. 👀

Do you take custom orders?

At the moment, I don’t take custom orders!

What materials do you use?

I use FIMO polymer clay, keychain hardware, and UV resin.

Are your polymer clay pieces durable?

Yes! Polymer clay is lightweight yet strong. With proper care, your pieces will last a long time.

How do you ensure quality in your handmade items?

Each piece is carefully sculpted, baked, glazed, assembled, and packaged to ensure it meets my quality standards before being sent to you.

Yes, I offer international shipping! Shipping times and costs vary by location.

How long does shipping take?

Processing times vary, but most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of my items, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to help!

How do I take care of polymer clay keychain?

To keep your keychain in great condition, store it in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Please handle it gently to prevent damage.

Is polymer clay waterproof?

Polymer clay is water-resistant but not fully waterproof. It’s best to keep it dry and avoid soaking it in water.

Can polymer clay break easily?

While durable, polymer clay can break if dropped or bent. Handling it with care will help it last longer.
